Col. Lawrence A. Wilkerson (US Army, ret.), former Chief of Staff to Sec. of State Colin Powell (2001-2003), was a keynote speaker at the “Peace or Wars Without End?” conference at Texas Southern University in Houston, April 26, 2015. The conference, co-sponsored by the Houston Peace and Justice Center and the TSU Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs, brought together speakers from the right and left to address foreign policy issues and was the impetus for the formation of the Foreign Policy Alliance.
